amazing stay!

seamless transfer warm greeting comfortable lounge
the car transfer from the airport was seamless and so quick. i got immediate help with my bags. the staff at reception gave me such a warm greeting and even upgraded my room, i was so happy. i loved the lobby bar, the service there was great, and the executive lounge was very comfortable too!
The parking fee was a bit high. I think it could be more reasonable!

the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. the restaurant was clean. the staff were helpful and quickly cleared used plates. i really liked the fresh fruit options.

the hotel has a gym with three treadmills. there is also an indoor swimming pool. i saw a sauna and steam room. it is a really nice facility to enjoy .

the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. i appreciate the front desk's quick response to requests. housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping the room clean, especially with turndown service each evening.

Decent Stay near Pile Gate

perfect location buffet food expensive parking bad coffee
The location is AMAZING. It sits just in front of the Pile Gate. Breakfast was also good. There was a LOT of food on the buffet.
Parking cost one hundred euros a night. The garage did not have many spaces and required a lift to access lower floors. The coffee was the WORST I have ever had in Europe.

stationary bike buffet option great location
The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There was also weight-lifting equipment. Breakfast included both buffet options and made-to-order dishes (the omelets were delicious!). The location is excellent for exploring.
My room faced an adjacent building, so the view was not great.
